Once the metal model is extracted and the rubber mold is done, models can be created through the hardening of the warm liquid wax poured in the mold. This operation consists in pressing the feeding channel of the rubber mold against the injector, a machine which turns the wax into liquid and keeps it at the temperature inside a exhausted tank. A few minutes after the injection, the matrix will be opened and the wax model extracted. This delicate stage is fundamental for the best quality of the future jewel's surface. « »
